Eaton / Moeller XComfort Radio System
Driver allows to integrate Eaton(Moeller) Xcomfort RF wireless system with modules (sensors, switches, relays, dimmers) in to Control4 home automation system. As an interface used to connect Xcomfort RF system to Control4 is used CKOZ-00/03 wireless interface module.
Use of wireless with Control4 system provide same features and comfortable user interface as Control4's native control of lights, relays and switches and benefit of general compatibility with European mains installation accessories – mainly flush wall mount boxes.
Integration of Eaton RF modules in to Control4 system also offers benefits of flexibility, reliability of bidirectional RF communication, low energy costs and because it is easy, fast and clean to install and to bring into service.
Control4 system provides visualization of status of lights, blinds and other home automation devices (gates, garage door controls...) including temperatures, humidity and energy consumption measurements. Control4 system then also allows manual control using the graphical user interfaces (TV on screen, touch panels) and remote control. Bidirectional communication with all Moeller Xcomfort modules allows add full range of home automation functions to Moeller system (A/V multi-room system volume control from Moeller wireless wall mount switches etc.)

- Periodic temperature readout (period preconfigured in MRF)
- Triggering scenes (SCENE) preset in XComfort system
- Supervision of modules status (signal strength, battery status)
- Reporting communication Errors
- Automatic status synchronization
Compatible with Control4 versions 1.7, 1.8, 2.0 and 2.1.
Planned features
We are planning to add support for new TCP/IP gateway (will be released at September 2011) and also for battery powered radioator valve (also planned by Eaton for September 2011).
